INFORMATION CLAUSE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The Data Controller, i.e., the limited liability company operating under the name Royo Polska Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Sztumskie Pole (82-400) at ul. Żeromskiego 32, holding NIP: 579-17-82-667, REGON: 191670703, KRS: 0000058866, BDO: 000013939, hereby informs that:

  • In situations where customers provide personal data, the indicated Company becomes the Data Controller and will carry out data processing operations to the extent required by the content of the agreement concluded with the customer or by the requirements of legal regulations;

  • Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded agreement, including issuing a personalized VAT invoice, and, as a rule, will not be disclosed to other recipients;

  • Your personal data may be processed in order to accept and fulfill an order or complaint claim, in which case they may be transferred to external entities such as warranty service providers, courier/transport companies, manufacturers, and other entities executing the order or complaint claim, who ensure the required level of personal data protection against unauthorized disclosure;

  • The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) and Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR);

  • Providing personal data is necessary to fulfill the agreement concluded between the parties; lack of such data will prevent the correct fulfillment of the agreement (no possibility to issue a personalized VAT invoice, no possibility to execute the order or complaint claim);

  • A person providing their personal data has the right to: request from the controller access to their personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing, to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data;

  • Personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling;

  • Personal data will be stored for a period of 2 or 5 years from the moment they are provided by the data subject, which is related to applicable deadlines in the complaint process and tax law regulations;

  • The Data Controller may contact the data subject using available means of electronic communication and traditional methods, e.g., e-mail, telephone, SMS/MMS, fax, postal/courier delivery;

  • The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and physical measures to ensure proper protection and security of the collected personal data.
