Quality policy

The primary goal of Royo Polska Sp. z o.o. is continuous growth and improvement, enabling us to systematically deliver high-quality bathroom furniture and fittings collections in conditions that respect environmental safety and the principles of sustainable development. Our products and services meet the expectations of our Clients, while the implemented Integrated Management System takes into account the significant needs and requirements of interested Parties.

We base the achievement of our goals on identified and continuously improved processes, effective use of resources, clear division of powers and responsibilities, and above all – on the systematic development and continuous enhancement of the qualifications of our entire staff and their commitment to their tasks.

Our pursuit of increased customer satisfaction and the highest quality of products and services is a direct result of achieving these goals, which we realize through:

• applying the principles of the Integrated Management System in our daily operations, in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards;

• fulfilling all legal, regulatory, and other requirements relevant to our company;

• optimal use of resources and continuous improvement of product quality through timely order fulfillment, minimization of complaints, and constant process monitoring;

• ensuring that employees identify with the company’s quality and environmental objectives, strengthening and maintaining the belief that they have an impact and responsibility for the quality of produced goods and the natural environment;

• improving employees’ professional qualifications through a system of training and continuously raising their environmental awareness;

• improving the internal organizational structure through a proven system of evaluation and selection of suppliers and subcontractors, and developing partnerships with them;

• systematically reducing energy consumption and ensuring energy efficiency;

• optimizing the use of raw materials and implementing a rational waste management policy;

• monitoring environmental aspects, taking actions resulting from them, and effectively preventing potential failures.

Understanding the principles of the Integrated Management System by employees, as well as their participation and commitment to their work, determine our credibility, timeliness, competitiveness, and responsibility for the environment, and ultimately contribute to the further development of our Company.

This Policy has been communicated to all employees and is available to interested parties. On behalf of all employees, I commit to complying with the provisions of this document and to the continuous improvement of the implemented Integrated Management System.
